Enjoy a midday break! Yoga and meditation are powerful practices that tone the body and mind, reduce stress and empower your being. Come see how yoga and meditation can be easily incorporated into your daily life. Transformation awaits. Yoga is from 12:15-1:15pm and Meditation from 1:30-2:00pm. Attend one or both sessions. All levels. Beginners welcome and encouraged.
